Let's make a quick & health breakfast together ~

Is that possible to never hurry in the morning, but to get everything done? 

Well, it seems contradictory to our modern world, where everything is rush, where everyone try to grasp every single minute as possible, where if we are not busy like that, we may become lazy and inertia.

So, I interviewed couple of people,and asked them about one same question: “ How was your breakfast this morning?”

Jason: “ I ate my breakfast this morning in the dinning hall. The food there was always the same. Like pancake, scrambled egg, sausage or potato cake. I mean it was taste great at first, but can you image eat the same food every day? I just tired of that, so I ate one scrambled egg, then went to French class.I tried to make something quick for my own in the dorm, but you know, it was hard, and it took long time.”

Ben: “ I didn’t have time to eat breakfast this morning, because I have tons’ of homework have to finish last night, then I overslept until eight o’clock this morning. You know, I defiantly would rather missed my breakfast than go to the class last, because no one wanna get an absent for that, right?Well, I wish I can have a wonderful breakfast everyday, I mean as least I have something to eat before I go to class. ”

Daniel ( my host father, who worked at Toyota Car Company): “ I have to go for work at 8:30 every day, but before that I need to bring my daughter Lauren to her track practice at 6 o’clock in this morning; I kip my breakfast today, just because I don’t have time to eat, I just grab some cookies as a breakfast, I felt lethargy and loos of appetite. ” 

According to the interviewed result, Those three people can be categorized into “ tired of the same breakfast every day” and “ do not have time to make their own food.” So, how can we make a quick and health breakfast in the morning, and never late for school or work? Now, I would teach your guys some small tips about “ how to make a quick and healthy breakfast!”

1.Oatmeal Squares
Squares not only is my favorite food but also is a great option for a breakfast. However, what’s the best way to make it into a more portable snack? It’s easy, it’s bake it into squares!

2. Avocado Toast
Why doesn’t love avocado Toast with egg? To be honest, sometimes, simple is just better. In this recipe, you need to prepare 2 pieces bread, light toasted, topped with smashed avocado, pepper and slat. Then, you can put two side-up eggs on the top of bread, and you’ve got a delicious breakfast. Just in case, you can put in a container for easy transport. Thus, you don’t have to worried about no time to eat. 

3. Fruit and yogurt Smoothie. 
If you really do not have time to eat breakfast, here’s a simple and delicious smoothie recipe for the morning rush. you have to prepare 1 cup of Yogurt with 1 cup frozen fruit. You can choose what ever you want, like banana or strawberries.Either works very well. Don’t forget to add milk. Freeze overnight, then you can blend up in the morning! 


As long as you have this recipe, you don’t have to worried about breakfast. Once again, Balancing your nutritional needs in the early morning is important. It will give you more energy, boost your brain power, etc. Keep in mind: YOU HAVE TO EAT BREAKFAST EVERY DAY!
