How to make egg fried rice?
What is the most common food in China? Without a doubt, it must be the egg fried rice. We can almost see it on the dining table every day, and I never weary the taste of it. Today, I am going to write a essay about how to make a delicious egg fired rice. I learned it from one of my uncles before I came to the USA. He told me that if I cannot find any food in USA, you can make one by my own, at least I will not be starving. Egg fried rice is the first dish I learned actually, and it does not taste bad. So, let's start.
First of all, we have to prepare a huge amount of condiments. We will need two eggs, rice (it would be better if it is overnight rice), rape oil, onion, soy sauce, salt, chicken powder, peas, and little pieces of ham and you can add some shrimps if you like. Now, we are pretty much prepared to make a tasty egg fried rice. For the kitchenware, you need a pan, a bowl, a spatula, a chopping block, a kitchen knife and a pair of chopsticks. I know there is a lot, but if we want to make a really delicious egg fried rice, we got to be serious.
The second step is to smash the eggs, you knocked off the egg and put the egg white and yolk to the bowl, and use your chopsticks to mix them evenly as much as possible and pour a few salts into to it. Then, use the kitchen knife to cut the onion, ham to little pieces. Next, we need to put the clean pan on the stove and pour some oils on it, just a little bit. After that, we put the eggs that we have already mixed to the pan, it will pop up some oils, and it will be very hot, so we have to be careful. We can use the spatula to separate the eggs, and pour the overnight rice into it afterwards. Fry it and thresh it repeatedly, do not wait too much time, put the peas, hams and other ingredients into it next, and fry those together. It will be perfect to if you can separateevery single rice, we can achieve this goal only by using the overnight rice, that way I recommend it, and it taste better as well. After we fry the rice a few times, we need to put the rest of the condiments into it, the soy sauce, salt, and the chicken powder, it all depends on how you like to cook, so you can decide add more or less. Now, pour the egg fried rice to the plate, and put the onions on top of it to make it fragrant and good-looking. The delicious egg fried rice has been made.
It is not easy to make a dish, so our parents must be very tired. But they never mentioned it. We have no reason to complain the food they have made. On contrary, we need to be thankful to them.

Uh…What’s your answer? To me, I strongly agree with this opinion. Since in my family, my father is an amazingly good cook. Even though he don’t usually show his talent on cooking; and my grandpa also is a outstanding chef.On the contrary,my grandma and mother seems commonly.

I am not a vegetarian, I am a dessertarian!
Do you like sweet foods? If yes,what's your favorite dessert? Apple pie?Doughnuts?or banana toast?
Admittedly, those desserts taste good, but If you ask me, I would definitely say chocolate cake!! It is the best dessert all over the world, and I just made my own chocolate cake yesterday. However, I failed at the first time, because the process was too confusing and I didn't have any experiences before. Then, I encouraged myself and I tried once again. Guess what? I made it! !
So,I would like to show you guys how to make a delicious chocolate cake.
First, we have to list all the ingredients we need. I felt so annoyed while doing this step, because I truly had a hard time to find cocoa this time.I went to Stop&shop twice,and Hamdem once.but there was no cocoa in these two stores. Then ,my host mom drove me to New heaven,which is another town near Cheshire.Finally, I found it in an unspectacular place. Just this part,took me almost three hours to get through it. After that, everything was all set!
Then, next step was mix all the dry ingredients together.Actually I was pretty enjoyed in this process, because it took me back to the childhood.I remember when I was little.Every time when I finished my own meal, I would pushed everyone full speed ahead until they finished dinner. You may ask me why? Since mixed all the leftover into one unwashed dishes seems the funniest things for me. I truly loved the moment when I combine everything together. It was a great memory. Well, come back to our business. After this step, we had to stir vinegar,oil,vanilla,water and egg.Then make sure you add these ingredients individually; and put them in the separate bowl.
The third step was to add the cold water on top of the chocolate cake ingredients. Then, continued to mix all of the ingredients until the mixture was smooth. This step was pretty important. Since the first time when I made the chocolate cake, just because I forgot to mix all of the material, so I failed. The chocolate cake looked terrible and tasted like a “solid soy sauce”.Thus, it was a point we must have noticed.
If you all follow the step, DANG DANG DANG! It’s time for baking!
I loved baking, because once I putted on my gloves, and holded the cake pan, I felt like I was a “kitchen women”(laugh..).
The last step was easy, just baked on 326 degrees (F) about 45 minute. After that, the cake has finished. Finally, I putted several strawberry on top of the chocolate cake.
‘ “I am not a vegetarian, I'm a dessertarian."(pinterest.com) This was a great quote by Bill Watterson.’ I totally agreed with this saying. I was truly a dessertarian, and I can’t without any dessert. Especially my yummy chocolate cake!!! To sum up, it was a hard challenge for me,but finally I did it! and I truly interested in made food, I also found that there was nothing like the taste of a cake you made by yourself.I’m not even kidding. It was the best chocolate cake I ever have! Trust me, it was better than Lady M. Although I admitted that it looks ugly. But tasted pretty good!!! Anyway, I will continue doing my 30 day challenge. I promise that I can do my best; and learn more, eat more in the entire 24 days!
